Diets don’t work. Period. They’re too restrictive or viewed as a short term solution. When what we really want is to lose weight and keep it off forever, right? My approach to nutrition is simple. I promise. I go back to the basics. Ditch the diets. And teach exactly how to properly nourish your body and satisfy your cravings without counting a single calorie. I’ve helped hundreds of women in my Transform: Nutrition Bootcamp not only lose weight but change their mindset around food and begin to view food as medicine and something they can truly enjoy. And create a lifestyle that lasts.
