Burger Skillet

Burger Skillet:

Today I am sharing with you a family favorite! And as always, this is simple and quick. I’m a busy mom of two high energy little girls so when dinner time rolls around I need something that not only tastes amazing but is quick and can be done mostly one handed…and all the mama’s raised their {one} free hand!

I am a huge fan of ground beef. I often just cook it up and top it on a cooked sweet potato but sometimes a little flavor goes a long way and this burger skillet is the perfect dish to make your taste buds happy!

I love serving this with a big side of vegetables and homemade sweet potato fries. Delish!

Ingredients:
1 lb grass fed ground beef
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 tomato, diced
2 tsp gluten free, vegan Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In a skillet, sauté onion and then add in beef and cook until brown. 
Add in the rest of the ingredients and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
