WHAT IS MEAL PREP BOOTCAMP?
It’s a 4-week online meal prep course to help save you time in the kitchen, money on your grocery bill, and help you stay on track with your nutrition.
WEEKLY “HOMEWORK” ASSIGNMENTS
Kara’s approach to success is to build a foundation first. In week one your “homework” will be to prep lunches and then each week after you will build upon that so by week four you are confident in the kitchen and prepared to prep everything.
WEEKLY LIVE NUTRITION SESSIONS
Each week during Meal Prep Bootcamp, Kara does a LIVE nutrition coaching session and Q+A after to answer any and all of your questions. This is a great way to get your personal nutrition questions answered.
4 WEEKS OF MEAL PLANS
You will receive four weeks of meal plans full of delicious recipes that will help you stay on track with your nutrition and that your whole family will love. This is by far one of the best parts of the bootcamp! No more boring food that nobody likes!
WEEKLY MEAL PREP GUIDE
Each week you will receive a weekly meal prep guide to walk you through how to meal prep for that week. This helps save you time, build confidence and it’s like I’m in the kitchen cooking with you.
WEEKLY MINI CHALLENGES
Each week there will be a fun mini challenge to participate in. And there will be a chance to win prizes each week for those who participate!
Kara is known for her easy + simple + delicious recipes. By the end of the bootcamp you will have tons of recipes that your whole family will love to use over and over again.
ACCESS TO PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP
This is where you will have accountability, share your meal prep pictures, ask Kara questions and be in a supportive + encouraging community.
