The bootcamp has changed the way I look at food. Now my focus is on what is best for my body and my family. I have so much more energy and feel great!

So far, I have lost a total of 8 inches all over (that was from my 2 week measurements)! That is so exciting to me because I have never seen progress come this quickly! I am starting to feel better and I'm more knowledgeable on what to eat to fuel my body for the whole day. This has definitely been a lifestyle change for me and something I want to continue doing. Before this bootcamp I was not eating the right foods. I thought I was eating healthily but would binge eat on the weekends and that would cancel out all of my progress I've made during the week. This boot camp has taught me to eat good nutritional foods and it has helped me to stay dedicated to my healthy eating all the time rather than only focusing on it during the week. I'm so excited to continue eating this way because I am happier and have more energy than I have ever had before. One big off the scale victory for me is looking at myself in the mirror and not hating what I see anymore. I am able to now love myself and love the healthy foods that I put into my body and I couldn't have done that without the help of Kara.


I'm so thankful for this boot camp! It's just what I needed to rest my nutrition. I've learned so much and have so many new favorite recipes and foods. I'm ecstatic to say I lost 7.2 pounds and 5.8 inches!!!! More than that I feel better and have more energy! I also have to admit that I only worked out a handful of times throughout the 4 weeks so just goes to show you that nutrition really is the foundation of health! Thank you so much!!



I love this program. My mindset is truly changing and I do not feel completely controlled by food or my cravings anymore. It is easier day after day for me to reach for a healthy snack or prepare a clean meal! I love that! Kara is extremely knowledgeable and shares that knowledge with her group and that keeps me on track every day. I have found that it is possible to enjoy what I'm eating, feel satisfied, and even lose weight, all without counting a single calorie!! That's amazing!
