In case we haven’t met, I’m Kara.

I’m a wife, mom to 3 beautiful children, and a nutritionist who spent years battling inflammation and struggling to keep weight off. It left me frustrated, lacking energy, unbalanced hormones, gut issues, and unable to lose weight long term.

I was stuck spinning my wheels before I realized everything in our health is connected.

You see, I was trying to lose weight. I did “all the right things” and tried just about anything — diet pills, counting calories, tracking macros, giving up carbs, eating “clean”…
