8 Gluten-Free Brands I Love

Changing your nutrition and eliminating gluten can be overwhelming at first. Some times you might feel lost, unsure of what you can even eat! Thankfully, in today’s world there are a lot of gluten-free options at the grocery store making it easier than ever to eat gluten-free.

Most gluten-free products will have “gluten-free” stamped on the package somewhere making it easy to know whether or not you can have it. If you’re totally new to the gluten-free world I have a resource to help you. I wrote a blog about our gluten-free journey, why we went gluten-free, and some common questions we get. You can read it here.

gluten-free brands to love

I’m so excited to share some of my absolute favorite gluten-free brands with you. I’ve tried a lot of different products and it’s with trial and error that I’ve found the ones I go back to over and over again. These have become staples in our pantry and fridge.

So, instead of you having to throw away money on not-so-good products, I’m going to go ahead and save you the struggle with my top gluten-free brands.

Before I share my favorite gluten-free brands with you, I want to say a little something about gluten-free food and clear the air surrounding it. For starters, gluten-free food doesn’t mean it tastes bad! You just have to find the brands that do it well (see below for that!).

And secondly, just because it’s gluten-free doesn't mean it’s healthy! Don’t be fooled by sneaky marketing or believe that because it’s gluten-free it’s somehow healthier. It’s still important to read nutrition labels, look at the ingredients, and see what the product is actually made of.

Alright, now that we have that out of the way...let’s get to the good part. My favorite gluten free-brands are below and I hope this helps you navigate going gluten-free, finding your favorite snack, or saving you some time and money by not having to figure it all out on your own!]

My 8 Favorite Gluten-Free Brands

healthy chocolate

JoJo’s Dark Chocolate

Okay, okay, I know I said in no particular order but I do need to put my favorite dark chocolate up at the top of the list. If you know me, you know I’m obsessed with dark chocolate and I’ve tried just about all of them on the market. You may be wondering what makes this dark chocolate better than others...good question!

It’s low in SUGAR yet still curbs your sweet tooth craving. And it truly feels like a treat. Plus, it’s got protein added for an extra bonus which will help keep your blood sugar levels stable. I’m not kidding when I say everyone who tries it becomes obsessed with it and if you want to save 10% off your order you can use the discount code KARA10 here

best gluten free bread

Canyon Bakehouse

Oh gluten-free bread, it’s been a struggle to find some that we actually love. Most are dry, taste like cardboard, or crumble when you try to eat it. But we finally found a bread that tastes yummy. It’s not just good for gluten-free bread – Canyon Bakehouse is hands down, one of the best pre-packaged breads I’ve ever had.

Plus, Canyon Bakehouse offers lots of variety like Ancient Grain, Cinnamon Raisin, Honey Oat, Country White, Blueberry Bagels, English Muffins, and so much more. This is the bread we buy over and over again and nothing compares. You can find it at most grocery stores (sometimes in the freezer section).

gluten free snacks

Made In Nature

Snacks are a hot commodity at our house...my girls are snacking queens. So I try to keep our pantry stocked with healthy snacks for them to grab and enjoy. I love Nature Made because they use quality, organic ingredients and their snacks are delicious. Plus, they are perfect for when you’re on-the-go or to pack when you’re traveling. I love that their dried fruits (mango is my fave) don’t have any added sugar. We enjoy munching on their Coconut Chips and Veggies Pops too.

best gluten free chips

Siete

It’s love at first bite with this brand. Try any other their products and you’ll know what I mean. Siete’s products are grain free, paleo friendly, gluten-free, dairy free, soy free, and vegan.

Their chips are out of this world good – I’m not sure what their secret is but I promise you will have a hard time stopping at just a handful! The Nacho and Lime flavors are my favorite. If you’re looking for a good grain-free wrap with quality ingredients and tastes good, Siete’s are the best. They also offer hot sauce and dairy-free queso dips.

best paleo pancake mix

Birch Benders

Finally a gluten-free pancake mix that tastes yummy. And the best part: all you do is add water! This makes breakfast time a breeze and everyone is happy because...pancakes! They offer gluten-free, paleo, and keto options so you are sure to find something that fits your dietary needs. My personal favorite is the Banana Paleo.

gluten free protein bar

Rx Bars

Rx Bars are my favorite protein bar out there because they’re made from simple ingredients – no added junk (no B.S. as they say). The ingredients are right on the wrapper so you know exactly what you’re getting. Plus, everyone in my family loves them. I’ll often split one for the girls. They also have Kids Rx Bars that I like to get for London’s lunches.

There are tons of flavors to choose from. Some of my favorites are Chocolate Sea Salt, Lemon, Mixed Berry, Mint Chocolate, and Peanut Butter & Berries.

healthy protein drinks

Après Protein Drink

I’ve been drinking Après for awhile now and it’s gotten me through pregnancy and now post partum. It’s an easy, yummy way to get your protein, healthy fats, and provides a quick, on-the-go snack. Plus, it’s so convenient to drink when you want to replenish your body after a workout.

I’ve only got one hand these days with a newborn so being able to grab something with protein has been a game changer. Après is gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, soy-free and made from Non-GMO ingredients.

I’m a chocolate girl but I  love the vanilla flavor too. You can use the discount code LWL to get 2 free bottles here.

gluten-free granola

Purely Elizabeth

If you’ve ever had Purely Elizabeth’s granola then you already know how addicting it is. Once you start you just can’t stop (well, it’s really had to anyways)!

One of the reasons I’m obsessed with this brand is their commitment to using whole food ingredients. They believe that good health starts with what you put in your body and you know I’m all about that too! They use high quality, super food ingredients like coconut oil, chia seeds, hemp, and they leave out all the junk. Purely Elizabeth is intentional with every ingredient goes into their products. And they’re always gluten-free, vegan, and organic.

I hope this roundup of some of my favorite gluten-free brands is helpful for you. I love trying new gluten-free products, but unfortunately they aren’t always good. I’ve saved you the trouble and money of trying to find the best gluten-free brands.

I’d love to hear what your favorite gluten-free brands are. Comment below so I can try them out too.
