I’m super excited to be sharing this Strawberries & Cream French Toast Bake recipe from the brand new Winter Meal Plan with you today. Each meal plan is a labor of love and I am so passionate about showing that eating healthy doesn’t mean restricting, feeling deprived, hard, or gross! Just check out this yummy weekend breakfast option from the Winter Meal Plan. It’s anything but boring and gross!
This french toast bake is so easy to make and the perfect breakfast to throw together last minute or you can plan ahead and let it sit overnight. I love simple, delicious breakfast options that taste like dessert and require little prep work. Although this recipe calls for simple flavors, they really come alive in this french toast bake. The coconut milk really adds so much flavor so be sure to get canned coconut milk, you can find it easily anywhere.
When I made this the first time, my husband and girls couldn’t stop eating it. Okay, I couldn’t stop either. It’s so moist and just sort of melts in your mouth. You could add a little drizzle of pure maple syrup on top before serving but I think it’s sweet enough as is.
Pin this for your next holiday, brunch, or Saturday breakfast! Definitely a must try no matter what the occasion. And be sure to tag me in your recreations on Instagram! I love seeing you recreate my recipes.
