This smoothie has now been on repeat for the past 2 weeks. I cannot get enough of it! It’s just so good. And it’s full of healthy fats, fiber, protein, and greens. The perfect combo to keep me feeling fuller longer and turn off my hunger hormones.  If you’re new and don’t know how to make a Power Smoothie read alll about it here.

My mom actually introduced me to this combo while we were in Florida. Side note: her smoothie bar is amazing. It was full of superfoods to add like turmeric, spirulina, and alma berry {great source of vitamin C}. And healthy fats like MCT oil, ghee butter, and creamy almond butter. I was in smoothie heaven.

I love the chocolate + cherry combo because it’s not too sweet and you really taste the healthy fats. I started using ghee butter to add to my smoothies and it adds such a delicious flavor. Ghee is a butter that is lactose-free and also high in Vitamins K, A, and E.

Ghee butter has a rich, nutty flavor.  And it’s yummy in smoothies, on bread, or to cook your eggs with.

1 scoop Paleo Pro Ancient Cacao Protein

1 cup coconut water {unsweetened}

½ cup frozen cherries

1 tbsp ghee butter

1 tbsp almond butter

1 cup spinach

1 tbsp chia seeds
