Protein Mint Chocolate Square Cookies

I love baking on Friday's with the girls. It's our time together teaching them about ingredients and letting them pour, stir...and, of course, sticking their little fingers in everything to make sure it's yummy.

This week I decided to try a new recipe that did not disappoint. I used the base of the Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies {a staple in our house!} but left out the nuts and chocolate chips and instead added Square Organics bar pieces. I split the dough below and used two different types of Squares. London chose the Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Square and I chose the Chocolate Covered Mint Square. Both were amazing. These cookies are so soft and the perfect texture.

If you've been following me on Instagram {@karaswanson} then you know my IG stories have been filled with Square Organics. I love partnering with a company that makes quality products that taste amazing too. They are perfect for on the go, after a hard workout, topped with almond butter, in energy bites, on smoothies and now cookies! The possibilities are truly endless.

Haven't tried them yet? I've got you covered. Use code KARA20 for 20% off at squareorganics.com! They are all super yummy but our favorites are Mint and Peanut Butter.
